Here is a bit of information I've collected from various places on the net - all cow related of course :-)
Each spot on a Holstein is unique :

in her lifetime
The average cow weighs approximately 1400 pounds
Other animals besides cows that are milked:

Cows regurgitate their food and rechew the cud to help
digestion. A cow spends up to 8 hours a day
eating
There are 207 bones in a cow's body
A cow can spend up to 13 hours a day lying down
Dairy cows can produce 125 pounds of saliva
a day
A newborn Holstein calf weighs about 100 pounds
and can walk within 1 hour after being born
